Hong Kong is not an economic city, but with a little ‘organization and attention you can visit without spending much money. Here are some tips for a low cost around the city.First of all know that Hong Kong is situated on an island on the east coast of China. The entire region is formed by the homonym, the Kowloon Peninsula and New Territories, separated from China by the Shenzhen region. Hong Kong enjoys administrative autonomy from China and is one of the major economic and financial center of the country, central to all links with East Asia.

Imagine Hong Kong as a sort of New York of the East: towering skyscrapers, vibrant neon light reflecting off the sea, perpetually busy streets and crowded, signs in Chinese. The Dai Pai Dong are innumerable and between Temple Street, Haiphong Street and Graham Street will be spoiled for choice of Cantonese specialties and seafood washed down with beer Tsing Tao.

After lunch, you can walk to Cityplaza the largest mall in the region. Here you will find free wi-fi link with your notebook, and if you did not like you, you can use a free internet point.

In the late afternoon you can get to Shek O and stroll on the beach, never too busy to Big Wave Bay. If you have some money to spend, Ocean Park, the largest theme park, offers attractions, games and thrilling roller coasters. The headland of the park offers breathtaking views over the South China Sea.

Finally, the appetizer you can choose between the many bars and clubs offer happy hour and snacks, eat something in a Dai Pai Dong near the sea and do a little turn on the souvenir buying local handicrafts at reasonable prices.
